Silk Nature does not offer refunds or returns. However, we do allow exchanges under certain conditions.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or something is missing from your order, we’ll handle the issue at our own cost.
Exchange Conditions
If you would like to exchange a product, you must:

Pay for the shipping costs to send the product back and receive the new one
Damages
We are not responsible for small damages that may occur during delivery. However, if your product arrives completely damaged or faulty, please contact us and we’ll take care of it.
